The Victor
The following poem speaks volumes!
It's very simple. Empower Yourself!
Join the Empower Network!
The Victor
If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you like to win but think you can't,
It's almost a cinch you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you're lost.
For out in the world we find
Success begins with a fellow's will.
It's all in the state of mind.
If you think you are out classed, you are.
You've got to think high to rise.
You've got to be sure of your-self before
You can ever win the prize.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But sooner or later, the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.
~ C. W. Longenecker
Do you think you can?
The Empower Network, is for those that KNOW they can!

Don't Be Afraid to Dance!
As a member of the Empower Network's "Inner Circle" I have access to some great audio training calls done by David Wood and David Sharpe leading up to the launch of the Empower Network. There is so much information contained in each recording that every time I've listened to them I've been able to pull some more information out that is beneficial to my team and me. To listen to David Wood and David Sharpe speak about their experiences can't help but motivate you, even if you are already doing well, to do even better. The more you listen to them, the more you understand how much they truly want to help everyone be successful and why they created the Empower Network! So what does that have to do with dancing?
Before I tell you, go to http://www.antoniomooreempowernet.com and join the Empower Network and answer the question of how 100% commissions can help you!
Now to continue, I was listening to a segment today (again) where David Sharpe discusses how over 99% of people are so self-absorbed that they can't see past themselves; but once they realize that "it's not all about them" their lives will change. He proceeds to tell a story about how he used to go to this "dance club" and would put on a fresh outfit so that he could be cool, looking good and "comfortable" in his own skin. However, he would stand around and watch people dance and even though he thought it "looked fun," he wouldn't go out on the dance floor. Why? Fear. He didn't want to be laughed at. He was so self-absorbed that he thought everyone would be paying attention to him and laugh and reject him, so he stood on the sidelines. At some point he figured out that a lot of other people were just as self-absorbed as him and were thinking the same thing! He then had an "epiphany" and realized that it wasn't about him, which resulted in him being able to let loose, have fun, dance, and have a good time! He was able to overcome the fear of rejection and no longer worried about what other people would think.
That fear of rejection is what plagues many people in the network marketing industry today. David Sharpe finally took a "leap of faith" and went out on the dance floor. He then took this same principle and applied it to all aspects of his life, including his business. Having faith gave him confidence and relieved the anxiety he had of doing business presentations. He took the risk and started doing webinars and conference calls and guess what? People actually showed up and kept showing up! He actually "bombed" his first few presentations, but was able to develop his skill of overcoming fear and started applying other information into his presentations to make them successful.
The moral of this story is "Don’t Be Afraid to Dance!" Take the leap of faith and get out on the dance floor. Nobody cares and if you do your thing, they may even just respect you for taking the risk. Whatever your "dance floor" is, just go for it. If you bomb or fail the first time, just keep at it and don't quit. Success in your business takes staying in the game, having a vision, having a dream, and sticking to it!

Attitude, after all, is everything!
Before moving forward, I have to ask this question: Are you being paid 100% commissions in your business? If you are, you should know how valuable that is. If you are not, then you deserve to know. Either way, if you have not joined the Empower Network you NEED to do so before you do anything else today. Go to http://www.antoniomooreempowernet.com and make the decision to get serious about your business and get "empowered!"
Now that you've taken action to show that you are serious about your business, I want to share something with you that I came across a few days ago. Read the story, but "listen" to the message. I'd love to hear your thoughts! Continued blessings!
Positive Thinking
Jerry is the kind of guy you love to hate. He is always in a good mood and always has something positive to say. When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would reply, "If I were any better, I would be twins!" He was a unique manager because he had several waiters who had followed him around from restaurant to restaurant.
The reason the waiters followed Jerry was because of his attitude. He was a natural motivator. If an employee was having a bad day, Jerry was there telling the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation.
Seeing this style really made me curious, so one day I went up to Jerry and asked him, I don't get it! You can't be a positive person all of the time. How do you do it?" Jerry replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to myself, Jerry, you have two choices today. You can choose to be in a good mood or you can choose to be in a bad mood.
I choose to be in a good mood. Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be a victim or I can choose to learn from it. I choose to learn from it. Every time someone comes to me complaining, I can choose to accept their complaining or I can point out the positive side of life. I choose the positive side of life.
"Yeah, right, it's not that easy," I protested. "Yes, it is," Jerry said. "Life is all about choices. When you cut away all the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how you react to situations. You choose how people will affect your mood. You choose to be in a good mood or bad mood. The bottom line: It's your choice how you live life."
I reflected on what Jerry said. Soon thereafter, I left the restaurant industry to start my own business. We lost touch, but I often thought about him when I made a choice about life instead of reacting to it.
Several years later, I heard that Jerry did something you are never supposed to do in a restaurant business: he left the back door open one morning and was held up at gun point by three armed robbers. While trying to open the safe, his hand, shaking from nervousness, slipped off the combination. The robbers panicked and shot him. Luckily, Jerry was found relatively quickly and rushed to the local trauma center. After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, Jerry was released from the hospital with fragments of the bullets still in his body.
I saw Jerry about six months after the accident. When I asked him how he was, he replied, "If I were any better, I'd be twins. Wanna see my scars?" I declined to see his wounds, but did ask him what had gone through his mind as the robbery took place. “The first thing that went through my mind was that I should have locked the back door," Jerry replied. "Then, as I lay on the floor, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live or I could choose to die. I chose to live."
"Weren't you scared? Did you lose consciousness?" I asked. Jerry continued, "...the paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the ER and I saw the expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared. In their eyes, I read 'he's a dead man.'
I knew I needed to take action." " What did you do?" I asked. "Well, there was a big burly nurse shouting questions at me," said Jerry. "She asked if I was allergic to anything. 'Yes,' I replied. The doctors and nurses stopped working as they waited for my reply. I took a deep breath and yelled, 'Bullets!' Over their laughter, I told them, 'I am choosing to live. Operate on me as if I am alive, not dead.'"
Jerry lived thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his amazing attitude. I learned from him that every day we have the choice to live fully. Attitude, after all, is everything.

What Are We Missing?
Many people miss out on great opportunities because they simply won't take the time to stop and pay attention. Many network marketers are so busy working hard at not succeeding that that they don't even see the irony of their situations. Often times they are so wrapped up in promoting their business opportunity that common sense and logic go out of the window. Does it not make sense to at least take a look at a business paying 100% commissions when you are only currently receiving 1%, 5%, 10%, 40% or something else that is not 100%? Of course it does, and you owe it to yourself to at least take a look at the Empower Network by visiting http://www.antoniomooreempowernet.com. The Empower Network is not a network marketing company and, in fact, the training you receive will teach you how to leverage the exposure and money you make as part of the Empower Network into building your primary network marketing business! If you have visited the site and it's not for you, that's one thing; but don't miss out simply because you didn't stop and take a look! http://www.antoniomooreempowernet.com.
The following is a true story from the Washington Post (http://wpo.st/-vP). I would love to hear your thoughts and comments! Video will be posted at http://www.ibosocial.com/asmoore/videos.aspx.
What Are We Missing?
Washington DC, Metro Station, on a cold January morning in 2007.
The man with a violin played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time approximately 2 thousand people went through the station, most of them on their way to work.
After 3 minutes a middle aged man noticed there was a musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried to meet his schedule.
4 minutes later:
The violinist received his first dollar. A woman threw the money in the hat and, without stopping, continued to walk.
6 minutes:
A young man leaned against the wall to listen to him, then looked at his watch and started to walk again.
10 minutes:
A 3-year old boy stopped but his mother tugged him along hurriedly. The kid stopped to look at the violinist again, but the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk, turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. Every parent, without exception, forced their children to move on quickly.
45 minutes:
The musician played continuously. Only 6 people stopped and listened for a short while. About 20 gave money, but continued to walk at their normal pace. The man collected a total of $32.
1 hour:
He finished playing and silence took over. No one noticed. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.
No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the greatest musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, with a violin worth $3.5 million dollars.
Two days before, Joshua Bell sold out a theater in Boston where the seats averaged $100 each.
Joshua Bell playing incognito in the Metro Station was organized by the Washington Post as part of a social experiment about perception, taste and people's priorities.
The questions raised: In a common place environment at an inappropriate hour, do we perceive beauty? Do we stop to appreciate it? Do we recognize talent in an unexpected context?
One possible conclusion reached from this experiment could be this:
If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world, playing some of the finest music ever written, with one of the most beautiful instruments ever made...
How many other things are we missing?

It Makes Business Sense
I connect with a number of people in the network marketing industry on a daily basis. Some are struggling network marketers or business people I am trying to help or assist in some way; some are "successful" and we often share stories or bounce ideas off of one another; and others are just cool people I know that I have (or am building) relationships with. It's great to be able to connect with people from all over the world, that come from all walks of life, and are all a part of this network marketing industry.
In my conversations I have found that many people have never run any kind of business on their own, let alone a successful one, before getting into network marketing; and maybe that explains the lack of "business savvy" that many network marketers have, which definitely contributes to the industry's high "failure" rate. That is not to suggest that a person cannot be successful with network marketing as their first business venture; nor does it mean that someone that was successful in business elsewhere will automatically be successful in network marketing. It simply means that maybe we shouldn't be surprised by some of the decisions that are made (or not made) by our fellow network marketers.
There are so many network marketing companies to chose from and quite often we see people who are "struggling" bounce around from business to business hoping the next opportunity will be "the one" that is going to make them rich! Obviously there are a number of reasons why someone leaves one opportunity for another, but in network marketing it is more often than not related to money. In fact, money is the reason that many people quit the entire network marketing industry. People don't make enough money and they don't make it fast enough, so they quit. The reality is, however, that most network marketing company compensation plans are not designed for you to make a lot of money quickly and be able to sustain it over a long period of time. You may be with a very good company, but you know that it is going to take you 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 or even more months to really start seeing significant income. So what do you do in the meantime? For many, that means staying broke, getting frustrated, and being bitter while they wait for the time to come when their commission checks reach a level of significance. But not for members of the Empower Network!
The Empower Network pays 100% commissions directly into its members' bank accounts. What does that mean? It means you keep all the money! It means that you break-even with the very first person you share the information with who decides to join! It means that you don't have to wait for commission checks because they are deposited instantly into your bank account! It means that you now have an immediate flow of cash to pull from to put back into marketing and advertising your primary business, allowing you to build it faster! It means that you are finally in control of your success!
That's what 100% commissions means and if you don't have it, you need to get it! It makes business sense! Find out why approximately $400,000 in commissions has been paid out to members in just 6 days. Don't you work hard on your business and deserve some of that? Go to http://www.antoniomooreempowernet.com and make the decision to "get empowered" today!
I look forward to welcoming you to the Empower Network!

Breast Cancer Survivor and Attitude
If you've ever spoken with me or read some of my earlier posts you know that I strongly believe that having a positive mindset and the right attitude go along way in achieving your goals. Well today at Church service we had a special guest speak to us about being a breast cancer survivor and how important it was for her to have the right mindset and a positive attitude while also surrounding herself with positive people as she fought the cancer. In her words, staying positive has "healing power" and helps you get through things when you want to give up. She finished by sharing a very powerful poem that I am going to share with you now:
TITLE: ATTITUDE
There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror and noticed she had only three hairs on her head. "Well," she said, "I think I will braid my hair today." So she did and she had a wonderful day!
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head. "Hmmm," she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today." So she did and she had a grand day!
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head. "Well," she said, "today I'm going to wear my hair in a ponytail." So she did and she had a fun day!
The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head.
"Yeah!" she exclaimed, "I don't have to fix my hair today!"
Attitude is everything. Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. Live simply - love generously - care deeply - speak kindly - leave the rest to God.
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...........It's about learning to dance in the rain.

NETWORKING in Network Marketing
Network marketing is ultimately about "networking" and although a distinction can be made between business and social networking, the reality is that the explosion of social media has intertwined the two to the point where it is very difficult to separate them, especially online. To become part of the roughly 3%-5% of successful network marketers, you must understand networking.
So what is "networking?" In the context of network marketing, it is simply connecting with people and building relationships for a purpose. Although the reasons may vary, the core component of networking is people and building relationships with them. Therefore, in order to be successful in network marketing you must focus on people. Whether it's online, on the phone, or in person, you must not be afraid to build relationships and interact with others. In fact, that's where the majority of your time should be spent.
Personally, I like to help others and that is my primary purpose for networking online and offline. When building relationships, I focus on the value that I can bring to the table without worrying about whether I will ultimately get something back in return. I learned a long time ago that the more value I bring to my relationships, the stronger and longer-lasting they will be. That's why I am constantly investing in myself and urging others to do the same. The more knowledge you have, the better equipped you are to provide solutions to people because you are better able to understand what they want and how to help them.
So what is your purpose and approach to networking? Are you spending your time building relationships with people and investing in yourself so that you are bringing value to the conversations? These are questions that you should definitely take some time to think about if you are serious about your long-term business success.
Have a blessed and productive day!

Marketing FOCUS
As business owners we must be very disciplined as we go about our days because there are many distractions that can prevent us from achieving our short and long-term goals. One of those potential distractions is tough for many network marketers to deal with because it is also the very thing that determines their success....marketing. How you market is what determines your long-term success in business and there is a clear difference in how successful network marketers market when compared to those that are unsuccessful (which unfortunately is the majority).
There are many different ways to market your business, but the key is to be focused and stay consistent. Successful marketing starts with your mindset. You have to be positive and understand that it may take some time to see results. When first starting out it is also best to start with a marketing strategy that compliments your strengths. Additionally, another best practice is to "master" a particular type of marketing strategy before moving on to others. "Mastering" a strategy doesn't mean the same thing for everyone, so having clear goals outlined ahead of time is also very important. The point is that being "all over the place" with your online marketing, especially when first starting out, is too much of an "information overload" for most people to handle. Some can't handle it after years of experience. The key here is to go at your own pace and really focus on learning and understanding what you are doing in order to achieve results before trying to figure out something else.
There is an art and a science to effective marketing and understanding that will pay dividends in the long run. Most success does not come overnight, so it's imperative that you stay focused and continue to educate yourself and invest in your success. I work with serious network marketers looking for the tools, resources, and guidance to build their businesses; as well as "newbies" just getting started in the online, network marketing, and home-based business industry. If you'd like to discuss effective marketing in detail in order to get your business on the right track and/or if you would like some FREE resources to help you build your business, just contact me.
