One24 - NatraBoost!
In a previous post I discussed the One24 flagship product NatraBurst, as well as my personal experience using it. I also touched on a new product that One24 had just released called NatraBoost, but could not give any personal testimonials because I had not used it yet. Now that I have been using NatraBoost for a few weeks, I thought I'd share an experience with you.
NatraBoost is an all-natural energy concentrate liquid that can be added to pretty much any beverage of your choosing. Overall my work, travel, and life schedules have kept me extremely busy lately and I have not been getting as much sleep as I would like. This past week was no exception, and on top of my regular schedule I started playing in a new basketball league. It was the first game of the fall men's league and I had not been on the court for a couple of weeks. At about 7:30pm I was still on the road and tired, so I decided to drink some NatraBoost. By the time I arrived it was almost 8pm and I only had enough time to do a quick stretch and take a couple of warm-up shots before tip-off. My team plays an uptempo style, which was evidenced by the fact that we scored almost 100 points in a league where we play two 20 minute halves with a "running-clock." Not only was my energy level high during the game, but I was super focused and wasn't even tired afterward. On my drive home, which takes about 40 minutes, I was very alert which is important because the latter part of the trip is on dark back roads where deer like to hangout! I got home about 11pm and even though my mind and body still felt fresh, I had no problem going to sleep when I laid down an hour or so later.

One24 - The Compensation (Lifetime Matching Bonus)
After reading about the One24 green, silver, gold, and platinum income streams you might wonder how it would be possible to improve upon such a great compensation plan...add in the "lifetime matching bonus" and you have your answer! If your Gold 100K PCs combined green and gold income for that month were to be $1000, you would receive a matching bonus of $300 for that month. But wait, there's more! The match actually pays 5 tiers, so you not only get paid from your Gold 100K PCs income, but the people in your upline (the person who referred you, the person who referred the person who referred you, etc.) also get paid through 5 tiers with each tier being paid a match of anywhere between 10% and 50% of your Gold 100K PCs income. For example if Person A refers Person B who refers Person C who refers Person D who refers YOU who brings in a Gold 100K PC, then all 5 tiers receive a lifetime matching bonus on your Gold 100K PCs income. Let's say the monthly matching bonus pay out is as follows: tier1=50%, tier2=20%, tier3=20%, tier4=10%, tier5=10%. If your Gold 100K PCs total green and gold income for the month is $1000, then the payouts would be as follows: tier1(YOU)=$500; tier2(Person D)=$200; tier3(Person C)=$200; tier4(Person B)=$100; and tier 5(Person A)=$100. Now how POWERFUL is that? Nobody in that line may even know your Gold 100K PC, but you, and they are all still getting paid a lifetime matching bonus off of your Gold 100K PCs income. Imagine how the numbers would look if your Gold 100K PCs combined green and gold income totaled $10,000! What if you were Person A,B,C, or D and you were receiving additional compensation from someone you don't even know?!!

One24 - The Compensation (Platinum Bonus Pool)
I may or may not have mentioned it in a previous post, but One24 pays out 50% of its monthly earnings to its members (PCs). Let me say that again in a different way. Every month One24 takes 50% of the earned revenue and pays it out in commissions to its PCs. I've already spoken about the green, silver, and gold income streams, so now it's time to discuss the platinum! The One24 platinum bonus pool is a handsome reward for those that decide to really put some effort into building their businesses. One24 puts 6% (increased from 4% to 6% in September 2011) of the company's total monthly earnings into the platinum bonus pool, which is reserved for PCs who have been successful bringing other PCs into the business. In order to qualify for the platinum bonus a PC must have personally brought in six PCs that have personally brought in two PCs that have personally brought at least one PC into One24. Basically this structure provides an incentive for One24 PCs to not only bring a few people into the company themselves, but to also work with their teams and show them how to do the same thing. This goes back to the core principle of One24 which is "people helping people," and the primary reason why I got involved in this program!
A One24 PC qualifies for his/her first share of the platinum bonus pool by bringing in six PCs that have each brought in two PCs that have each brought in one PC. However, a second share of the platinum bonus pool is earned once that PC brings in his/her seventh PC who has brought in two PCs that each have brought in one PC; and the cycle continues up until the allowable max of 7 shares is reached. Can you imagine what this would do to your monthly income? Let me break it down for you. When a One24 PC brings in one PC who has brought in two PCs that each have brought in one PC, there is a total of five people in that group. So in order to qualify for the first share of the platinum bonus pool a One24 PC needs to have six groups of five, which equals 30 PCs total. Now obviously by the time you qualify for your first share of the platinum bonus pool you would have already maxed out the silver performance bonus with five shares, to go along with the green and gold income you would have generated (including the matching bonus which I will discuss in my next post). Therefore, you are probably already receiving a pretty healthy residual income check. Add in your first share of the platinum bonus pool and that check has grown by at least a few hundred dollars and/or potentially doubled instantly! Qualify for a few more shares and you are looking at checks that are having thousands of dollars added automatically just from the platinum bonus! For example, if the platinum bonus pool contained $200,000 and there were 1000 qualifying shares, then each share would be worth $200 and someone with 5 shares would have an additional $1,000 in their check!
As you have seen, One24 has multiple streams of income available to its PCs. The reality is that some people may never qualify for the platinum bonus pool because they will just choose not to do what it takes to get there. Fortunately for them, One24 has designed a compensation plan so that even those that never put in any work can WIN! Although I think it is great that someone can receive compensation just for taking advantage of using the great One24 products and never bring in a single person; I also think that it is important for the company to reward those that build the company by bringing in new PCs who share the vision of One24, push the products, and teach others to do the same. As the company continues to grow everyone continues to be rewarded, but those that are stimulating that growth are deservedly being rewarded a little bit more and a little bit faster. One24 - The Compensation (Gold Income Stream)
One24 provides numerous opportunities for its members to generate income and for many the gold income stream is the most exciting! Like the green income stream, the gold maxes out at $100K per month; but due to the "Gold Rush" there is an opportunity to reach that max much quicker!
In a previous post I explained the One24 green income stream and how members (PCs) are given 24 green tickets when they join. Each month a PC may use one of those green tickets to bring one new person into One24. If a PC uses his/her green ticket during the month, they are eligible for the One24 "Gold Rush" which starts around the 24th day of each month. The gold rush is an opportunity for PCs that would like to bring in more than one person into One24 during the month, and thus build their teams/organizations faster. To be eligible for the monthly gold rush, a PC must have used his/her green ticket for that month. On about the 24th of each month, all unused green tickets become gold tickets and are available to PCs that have already used their green tickets. These gold tickets are redeemed on a first come, first serve basis until either there are no gold tickets left or the gold rush ends (which could be anytime between when it starts and the end of the month). New One24 PCs brought in during the gold rush make up the gold income stream. The first $200 generated by someone brought into One24 with a gold ticket is split 50/50 between the referring PC (person who brought someone in off their waiting list) and the PC who "gave up" the green ticket that turned gold. Although One24 was designed for slow compounding growth, I believe it was a very smart move by the company to create the "Gold Rush" for folks that are more aggressive and want to minimize the time required to reach their financial goals (not that 24 months is a long time). It is designed specifically for the aggressive person looking to build a team as quickly and as large as possible; however, it requires also having regular "non-builder" types in the company as well. One24 not only needs aggressive builders that often come in the form of experienced network marketers, recruiters, sales folks, etc., but One24 also needs to have regular non-builders just as much because without them there would not be a gold rush! Think about it. If everyone was an aggressive builder all the green tickets would be used during the month and there would be no green tickets to turn gold; and therefore there would not be a gold rush. Without a gold rush everyone in One24 would have no choice but to take the "non-accelerated" path which means that their income would build slower. It would still get there, just not as fast. This highlights One24's core principle of "people helping people" and the fact that EVERYONE (builders and non-builders alike) has the opportunity to be successful as long as they stay in! One24 - The Compensation (Silver Income Stream aka "Free Money")
The Silver Income Stream in One24 is one of the most powerful streams of income ever found in a compensation system because it is basically "free money" given to members of One24 just for being part of the company! Think about the various organizations or memberships you are a part of; or better yet think about your current job. Imagine if you were getting paid every month, not for doing work, but just because you stayed with that company, organization, or association. Now imagine if the amount you were paid increased every month just because that company hired new employees or that organization/association brought in new members even if you weren't responsible for any of the additional people. Well you can now stop imagining because that is the power of One24! One24 uses a linear compensation plan, which means that everyone who joins after you is in your downline and you receive compensation for them joining, even if you have nothing to do with their enrollment! Let me explain how the Silver Income Stream works so that you can understand how the "Power of One" can translate into hundreds or thousands of dollars in residual silver stream income for you!
One24 places 10% of all company sales revenues for the month into the Silver Income Stream. In order for you to qualify to get your share of silver income, all you need to do is bring one person into One24 who also brings in one person. That's it! You just bring one person into the company, whether that's your spouse, significant other, relative, friend, or a stranger you meet who wants to change his/her life and once that person does the same you immediately qualify for "one share" of your silver income known as the Silver Performance Bonus. And lastly, One24 is expanding internationally in the 4th quarter of this year, which is going to further skyrocket membership into this great program. Clearly those who are already in One24 and those that get in soon are going to benefit the most as membership increases and new people continue to fall underneath them into their downlines!

However, for the more aggressive person there is an opportunity to receive up to five shares of the Silver Performance Bonus income. This same process works for the next three people you would bring in who also bring in one person each and you can max out the Silver Performance Bonus income with 5 shares. Going back to the example used previously, if you have 5 shares and multiply that by 50,000 people in your downline, your compensation would be the current share value of .001 X 250,000 which equals $250! That's an extra $250 in income that will continue to grow as the company grows. And when One24 reaches one million people, that silver income will be worth about $5000/month! That's residual folks! One24 - The Compensation (Green Income Stream)
We have discussed the history of One24 and the current products involved, so now it's time to talk MONEY! One24's "Incentivized Referral Plan" (IRP) is uniquely designed to give EVERYONE that joins the company the opportunity to make significant income within 24 months of joining. The key to One24 success is simply "commitment." We live in a time where many people are so focused on "instant gratification" that they miss out on the opportunities that will be best for them in the long-run. Everyday folks run to play their "numbers" at the lotto or place their bets on a number of different events with the hopes of hitting it big and becoming rich overnight. There are many types of "get-rich-quick schemes" or "scams" out there; not just within the network marketing industry, but in traditional and other non-traditional business models as well. I think a better question would be whether you would rather have 5 million dollars today or one scent today, two cents tomorrow, and four cents the next day with that same doubling of your money everyday for 30 days. At the end of 30 days you would have received over 10 million dollars! The principle is the same with One24, but One24 takes it a step further. In the example, day 30 would be the last day you received money. With One24, the income is residual so you will continue to receive your checks for life as long as you are a part and "stay the course." It really is very simple and anyone can get involved and succeed.
One24 has numerous income streams, but here I am going to focus on the green. The green income is basically where it all starts. When you join One24 and set-up your monthly autoship you are known as a PC, which stands for Preferred Customer. When you become a PC, you are given 24 virtual green tickets and may use one ticket each month for 24 months; hence the name One24. Each person you bring into the company using your one green ticket per month nets you a commission of $1.50. Now at this point, it doesn't seem like much money. Simply taking $1.50 and multiplying it by 24 tickets only nets $36 in green income, but obviously that is not the whole story. Each PC you bring into One24 also receives 24 green tickets and each PC they bring in with their green tickets also receives 24 green tickets and so on. Furthermore, each of those PCs brought in with green tickets are worth a $1.50 to you as well, so you can now see how your green income stream builds. Even using a very conservative model known by some as the "rule of three" we can easily illustrate the income earning power of your green tickets. This model is based on you using only 3 of your 24 allotted green tickets and everyone else connected with you doing the same thing. In your first month you would use one green ticket to bring in your first PC, which would net you $1.50 in green income. In month two, you would bring in another PC with your second green ticket and the PC you brought in your first month would use his/her first green ticket. At that moment you have a total of 3 green PCs worth $4.50 in green income (you brought in one person in month one and one person in month two and the person you brought in during month one has brought one person in during month two for a total of three green PCs for you). Stay with me now and remember they are all green PCs because they were all brought in with green tickets. In your third month you bring in your third green PC and each of the three green PCs you already had use their green tickets as well, so now you have a total of 7 green PCs worth $10.50 in green income. Now being honest, I don't expect generating $10.50 in income after three months to excite anybody. But that's not the whole story. If you notice, in month one the green income was $1.50, in month two it was $4.50, and in month three it was $10.50. If you pay attention to that trend, you should be very excited! Each month you are more than doubling your income from the previous month and that should be very exciting! What's even better is that even if you never used another green ticket to bring in a new PC (remember our "rule of three" model) and if those green PCs that are connected under you stopped at three as well, your monthly green income stream would continue to grow as follows: $21.00 (month 4), $40.50 (month 5), $76.50 (month 6), $142.50 (month 7), $264.00 (month 8), $487.50 (month 9), $898.50 (month 10), $1654.50 (month 11), $3,045.00 (month 12), $5,602.50 (month 13), $10,306.50 (month 14), $18,958.50 (month 15), $34,872.00 (month 16), $64.,141.50 (month 17), $117.976.50 (month 18). I stopped at month 18 because there is a cap on the One24 green income stream of $100,000/month and at that point it would have been met.
Now let me put some of these numbers into perspective for you. At month 6, your monthly autoship product cost ($69.75) is fully covered and each month the profit will continue to increase. Remember "stay the course?" Also, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics' 2010-2011 occupational handbook, the average salary in the U.S. is $43,460. According to our "rule of three" model, at month 13 a One24 PC will have surpassed the average salary in the U.S. (working part-time mind you) by almost $25,000 (roughly $67K vs $43K)! Furthermore, by month 17 that same One24 PC would be making more per month than the average annual salary! These numbers are not a guarantee of income for all One24 PCs, but they are real and accurate numbers for One24 PCs that follow the "rule of three."
