One24 - The Compensation (Lifetime Matching Bonus)

After reading about the One24 green, silver, gold, and platinum income streams you might wonder how it would be possible to improve upon such a great compensation plan...add in the "lifetime matching bonus" and you have your answer!  I'm going to attempt to shed some light on this fantastic aspect of the One24 compensation plan, but if you aren't already a part of the company visit www.wealth-4-life.com so you can take advantage of it!

The One24 matching bonus is additional income derived from the "gold rush" that occurs around the 24th of every month, which is basically an "open enrollment" period for One24 PCs to bring in as many people as possible off of their waiting lists (see previous post: One24 - The Compensation (Gold Income Stream)).  When someone is enrolled into One24 via a gold ticket, that person is referred to as a Gold 100K PC.  Remember, "once a gold, always a gold," so everything your Gold 100K PC does is gold income to you.  This means that anyone your Gold 100K PC refers and anyone who they refer (and so on) are gold income to you.  Once you bring in a Gold 100K PC, you are now qualified for the lifetime matching bonus!  The matching bonus varies between 10%-50% of the combined green and gold income streams of your Gold 100K PC at the end of the month.  For example, let's say the matching bonus for a particular month is 30%.  If your Gold 100K PCs combined green and gold income for that month were to be $1000, you would receive a matching bonus of $300 for that month.  But wait, there's more!  The match actually pays 5 tiers, so you not only get paid from your Gold 100K PCs income, but the people in your upline (the person who referred you, the person who referred the person who referred you, etc.) also get paid through 5 tiers with each tier being paid a match of anywhere between 10% and 50% of your Gold 100K PCs income.  For example if Person A refers Person B who refers Person C who refers Person D who refers YOU who brings in a Gold 100K PC, then all 5 tiers receive a lifetime matching bonus on your Gold 100K PCs income.  Let's say the monthly matching bonus pay out is as follows: tier1=50%, tier2=20%, tier3=20%, tier4=10%, tier5=10%.  If your Gold 100K PCs total green and gold income for the month is $1000, then the payouts would be as follows: tier1(YOU)=$500; tier2(Person D)=$200; tier3(Person C)=$200; tier4(Person B)=$100; and tier 5(Person A)=$100.  Now how POWERFUL is that?  Nobody in that line may even know your Gold 100K PC, but you, and they are all still getting paid a lifetime matching bonus off of your Gold 100K PCs income.  Imagine how the numbers would look if your Gold 100K PCs combined green and gold income totaled $10,000!  What if you were Person A,B,C, or D and you were receiving additional compensation from someone you don't even know?!!

The lifetime matching bonus is another opportunity for One24 PCs to receive "free money" just by being in the company.  It's another aspect of this unique and dynamic compensation structure that results in EVERYONE being successful as long as they "stay the course and stay connected."  Even if you were to only use 1 green ticket and brought in only 1 Gold 100K PC, you would be eligible for the matching bonus from your Gold 100K PC and the other Gold PCs connected to them through 5 tiers.  Even if your Gold 100K PC isn't a builder, one of those connected Gold PCs might be and it doesn't matter if you know them or not because you are still compensated via the matching bonus!  In fact, a One24 PC can actually max out the Gold Income Stream ($100k/month) just by bringing in 10 Gold 100K PCs with five of them referring five and so on before it even reaches 5 tiers! You really can't deny the "Power of the Match!"

One24 - The Compensation (Gold Income Stream)

One24 provides numerous opportunities for its members to generate income and for many the gold income stream is the most exciting!  Like the green income stream, the gold maxes out at $100K per month; but due to the "Gold Rush" there is an opportunity to reach that max much quicker!

In a previous post I explained the One24 green income stream and how members (PCs) are given 24 green tickets when they join.  Each month a PC may use one of those green tickets to bring one new person into One24.  If a PC uses his/her green ticket during the month, they are eligible for the One24 "Gold Rush" which starts around the 24th day of each month.  The gold rush is an opportunity for PCs that would like to bring in more than one person into One24 during the month, and thus build their teams/organizations faster.  To be eligible for the monthly gold rush, a PC must have used his/her green ticket for that month.  On about the 24th of each month, all unused green tickets become gold tickets and are available to PCs that have already used their green tickets.  These gold tickets are redeemed on a first come, first serve basis until either there are no gold tickets left or the gold rush ends (which could be anytime between when it starts and the end of the month).  New One24 PCs brought in during the gold rush make up the gold income stream.  The first $200 generated by someone brought into One24 with a gold ticket is split 50/50 between the referring PC (person who brought someone in off their waiting list) and the PC who "gave up" the green ticket that turned gold.  Any income generated above the initial $200 goes to the referring PC.  CLICK HERE and see Step 3 if you want more detailed information.

Although One24 was designed for slow compounding growth, I believe it was a very smart move by the company to create the "Gold Rush" for folks that are more aggressive and want to minimize the time required to reach their financial goals (not that 24 months is a long time).  It is designed specifically for the aggressive person looking to build a team as quickly and as large as possible; however, it requires also having regular "non-builder" types in the company as well.  One24 not only needs aggressive builders that often come in the form of experienced network marketers, recruiters, sales folks, etc., but One24 also needs to have regular non-builders just as much because without them there would not be a gold rush!  Think about it.  If everyone was an aggressive builder all the green tickets would be used during the month and there would be no green tickets to turn gold; and therefore there would not be a gold rush.  Without a gold rush everyone in One24 would have no choice but to take the "non-accelerated" path which means that their income would build slower.  It would still get there, just not as fast.  This highlights One24's core principle of "people helping people" and the fact that EVERYONE (builders and non-builders alike) has the opportunity to be successful as long as they stay in!  It truly is just another thing that differentiates One24 from other companies out there.

I think this is the perfect time to explain how someone can join One24, never recruit a single person, and still make money.  Remember when I mentioned that the first $200 generated by a PC brought into One24 with a gold ticket is split 50/50 between the referring PC and the PC who gave up their green ticket?  Well imagine that you join One24 and for whatever reason you do not use any of your green tickets.  However, every month the gold rush hits and your green ticket is taken.  Since you are the PC that "gave up" your green ticket, you can receive up to $100 (first $200 generated is split 50/50 with the PC who took it and brought someone in) for each ticket each month.  Therefore, if all 24 of your tickets are taken you can make up $2,400 per month in residual gold income without doing anything but becoming a part of One24 and staying in.  Now that's POWERFUL!
